Fat Detoxification Water


  • 2 l of water
  • 1 medium sliced lemon
  • 12 small spearmint leaves
  • 1 teaspoon of freshly grated ginger
  • 1 medium cucumber, sliced


Put all ingredients in a large pitcher or drinking bottle, then blend it together overnight. In the morning, you can drink it to let out the toxins in your body, as well as the unwanted fats. Easy weight loss!

Flush Cleansing and Detoxification Water


  • Ice
  • ½ gallon of water
  • 2 peppermint or mint leaves
  • 1 sliced tangerine,
  • 6 wedges of grapefruit
  • 1/2 cucumber, sliced


Rinse all the fruits, cucumber and peppermint leaves. Then slice the tangerine (or peel), cucumber and grapefruit. Mix all the ingredients in water, using a pitcher. Then allow it to sit for about two hours for maximum benefits. Stir it and drink it throughout the whole day.
