How To Cleanse Your Kidneys Almost Instantly Using This Natural Home Drink

Every day, the two kidneys filter about 120 to 150 quarts of blood in order to eliminate the waste products from your body through your urine.

Unfortunately, the unhealthy lifestyle can lead to accumulation of these toxins, disrupting the function of the kidneys.

So, in order to maintain the proper function of your kidneys, thus prevent kidney disease, kidney stones, and accumulation of toxins in your body, you should stay hydrated and detox your kidneys every once in awhile!

How Can Parsley Help Your Kidneys?

Parsley has a rich content of vitamin A, C, K, iron, and folate, essential for the proper health of the kidneys.

Moreover, parsley is also:

  • Antimicrobial
  • Antianemic
  • Anticoagulant
  • Menorrhagic
  • Diuretic
  • Antihyperlipidemic (lowers blood fat)
  • Hypoglycaemic
  • Antihepatotoxic (prevents liver toxicity)
  • Estrogenic (helps manage menstruation)
  • Antihypertensive (lowers blood pressure)
  • Anti-oxidative
  • Hypouricemic

For many years, parsley is used in the traditional medicine for treating kidney stones. Parsley can increase urine production and flow, thus cleansing your kidneys. In addition, it has the ability to prevent the absorption of salt into kidney tissue, preventing the formation of kidney stones.

This tea is significantly effective for calming the nerves and reducing anxiety.

How To Make Parsley Tea To Cleanse Your Kidneys

Needed Ingredients:

  • 1 bunch of fresh organic parsley leaves
  • 8 cups of filtered water
  • 2 tablespoons of raw, organic honey
  • The juice of half a lemon, freshly squeezed

Directions:

Wash and chop the leaves into large pieces. Boil water at medium heat and when it boils, you should add the leaves and lower heat.
