Cilantro is one of the most effective detoxifiers of heavy metals and other toxins. It extracts mercury from the body’s organs. Dr. Yoshiaki Omura has discovered that the herb cilantro is used to help stimulate appetite, detoxifies mercury from neural tissue and relieves minor digestive irritation. Heavy metals have been linked to some health problems such as brain deterioration, heart disease, cancer, emotional problems, lung disease, weak bones and kidney disease.
