Two large whole heads of garlic

2 Whole Lemons


Around 2 centimeters of ginger root

1 Liter water

Method:
Wash the lemons and cut them into pieces, peel the garlic and add them to a blender with the lemon and ginger, blend. Add the blended mixture to a bowl and pour the liter of water over the mixture heat all together until it reaches the boiling point, turn off at the point and take off of the heat. Allow to cool and strain through a mesh sieve or strainer.
Drink one glass every day for at least 2 hours before meals or on an empty stomach.
